In the work and training unit people can get support returning to work, gaining necessary working habits and  continuing their studies.

Modern working environment gives an opportunity to be involved in managing the clubhouse and keeping its image and development.

Kitchen unit

The kitchen unit gives an opportunity to take part in managing the cafeteria, discovering and improving oneself in the culinary world while being in charge of producing balanced and tasty food for the whole clubhouse.

In 2019 Haabersti clubhouse got the maximum accreditation for three years. The accreditation proves the quality of
the clubhouses and compliance to international standards.

Haabersti clubhouse, created in 1996 is the oldest unit of Tallinn Mental Health Centre. Haabersti clubhouse follows
international clubhouse standards and is still the only clubhouse in the Baltics.

There are over 300 Clubhouses in the world which all belong to the Clubhouse International community and they all
follow unified standards.
